Brian Corrigan recently retired from Pfizer as Senior Vice President Head of Translational Clinical Sciences at Pfizer. In his role Brian directly oversaw the Global Clinical Assay Group, the Global Pharmacometrics Group, Clinical Pharmacology, digitial, Imaging, and the biomarkers groups for Pfizer.
Brian’s work has focused on application of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometric approaches to facilitate decision making in all stages of drug development. Brian has authored nearly 150 manuscripts, abstracts and book chapters in this discipline. Brian received his B.Sc, Pharmacy with Distinction from the University of Alberta, Canada (1989), and Ph.D in Pharmacokinetics from the University of Alberta (1996), and received the Distinguished Alumni Award for lifetime accomplishments in 2021, the Alumni Association’s highest honor.
Brian served on the Board for the American Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT) from 2018-2021. He was President of the International Society of Pharmacometrics (ISoP) in 2016, and led the ISOP Steering Committee in 2018 and 2019 responsible for the development of the 5 Year Strategic Plan for the society. He was named a fellow of ISoP in 2019.
Brian is a co-founder of the Men as Allies Initiative at Pfizer, and received Pfizer's First inclusive Leader Award for his work.
