Josephine Fang, Ph.D., is a research scientist specializing in bioanalytical assay development. She earned her Ph.D. in Craniofacial Biology from University of Southern California, where she focused on the bone graft regulated gene expressions in macrophages. Dr. Fang has over 10 years of experience in academic and industry research, contributing to bridge the gap of in vitro and in vivo studies and their implication for drug screening or biomarker discovery.
With a career spanning over 10 years, Dr. Fang contributed to various research projects aimed at developing fit-for-purpose bioanalytical methods. She has authored and co-authored several publications in peer-reviewed journals, highlighting her work on genomic assay development and its application in personalized medicine.
Dr. Fang is currently employed in vaccine unit at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where she is a member of assay development team for genomic research. Her role involves designing and implementing genomic methods to support quality control in the drug manufacturing process.
Apart from her professional responsibilities, Dr. Fang is actively involved in collaborative research efforts and committed to advancing the field of bioanalytic research.
