Yanshan Dai, PhD, is a Senior Principal Scientist at Biotherapeutic Bioanalysis Group, Bristol Myers Squibb, in Princeton, NJ. He obtained PhD degree in molecular and cell biology from Columbia University. For the past nine years at BMS, he has been working on biologics PK and Biomarker analysis with the Simoa method, AAV total antibody, neutralizing antibody immunogenicity assessment, antigen-specific immunity with ELISPOT assay and whole blood immunity assay, and CAR-T cell PK analysis utilizing ddPCR methods. He has published more than 30 research articles, including 15 first-authors and /or corresponding authors in respected journals.
