Xuechun (Lucy) Wang is currently a postdoctoral fellow at AbbVie in the Drug Product Development group. She obtained her Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences at St. John's University in 2023. Her graduate work focused on inhalable drug delivery systems such polymeric and lipid-based nanotechnology for the treatment of various pulmonary disorders. Her current work at AbbVie aims to understand the role of pH-modifiers in achieving pH-independent release from extended-release hydrophilic martix tablets of weakly basic drugs.
