My work focus is to enhance global vaccine medical research by enabling researchers to profile multiple pathogen biomarkers simultaneously in a single sample without compromising assay performance. My team facilitates product launches for new MSD technology and we work with collaborator researchers in pharmaceutical companies, government institutions, universities, and clinical laboratories worldwide to adopt the Serology multiplex platform due to its high sensitivity, excellent reproducibility, and wide dynamic range. The assays we design answer complex biological questions by expanding into clinical applications and the emerging fields of disease surveillance, vaccine efficacy and companion diagnostics. Here we present a quantitative, multiplexed serology assay that can be used to measure circulating antibodies against AAV serotypes. The assay simultaneously detects IgG antibodies to AAV serotypes (AAV1, AAV2, AAV5, AAV6, AAV8, and AAV9, AAV DJ, AAV.rh10 and AAV.PHP.eB) in serum.
