Mona Geweda is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery at University of Mississippi. She received her B.S. in Pharmaceutical sciences from Cairo University in Egypt. Previously, Mrs. Geweda worked as a clinical pharmacist in the National Center for Diabetes then, she joined the clinical department of Public Respiratory Hospital in Egypt. When she came to USA, she worked as associate R&D Chemist in the University of Mississippi for nine months. She currently also works as graduate student researcher in the analytical laboratory at Coy Waller Complex which is responsible for production and analysis of Cannabis and their active constituents. She got a good experience in different chromatographic analytical techniques especially Gas Chromatography.
