Shriram is an Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology & Translational Medicine at Eisai, EMEA where he provides strategic and scientific leadership for clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics and bioanalytical strategies and leads the design, interpretation and reporting of PK and PK/PD analyses to guide clinical development decisions. Prior to joining Eisai, Shriram was a part of the multi-disciplinary scientific consulting group at Quotient Sciences that provides expert consultancy to understand and resolve development challenges of the molecules across various stages of drug development programs. Shriram has authored/co-authored over 30 scientific publications in the peer-reviewed journals. He has a thorough understanding of the new technologies in the field of PBPK modelling and has been a part of the modelling and simulations group at Certara, UK, where he has worked in the area of development of mechanistic modelling tools to inform a rational formulation design.
