Luke Armstrong (Manager II of Bioanalytical Operations at BioAgilytix Labs) has over 15 years of experience in reagent product development and contract research in cell-based assays, pharmacology, molecular cloning, protein expression, and immunoassays. Before joining the BioAgilytix team in 2018, Luke worked as an Associate Director of Cell and Molecular Biology at Charles River Laboratories (formerly ChanTest), and Manager of Cell Biology R&D at EMD Millipore.
In his role at BioAgilytix, Luke manages a research and development and operations team that provides quality services in cell-based neutralizing antibody (NAb) assays and biomarker assays. He and his team have specific expertise in detection of NAbs to gene therapy, monoclonal antibody and peptide hormone-like therapeutics, validated according to FDA Immunogenicity or CLSI guidances for sample analysis under GCP/GCLP and CLIA regulatory standards. Luke received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis, and was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Washington.
