Sebastien Henry, MS, MBA, is the EVP, Head of Technical Operations and a co-founder of Micron Biomedical, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company on a rapid path to commercialize a novel drug and vaccine delivery technology, based on dissolving microneedles, aimed at achieving better health outcomes through enhanced therapeutic effects, simplified logistics, and improved patient compliance.
Mr. Henry has over 20 years of product development, program management, and operations experience in the medical device and microneedle fields. He has 12 patents issued or pending, is a co-author on several microneedle articles including the first peer-reviewed journal article on microneedles for drug delivery, and is a regular speaker on the topic of microneedles. Mr. Henry received a BS from the University of Technology of Compiègne (France) and an MS from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), both in bioengineering, as well as an MBA from Georgia Tech.
