PhD Student
University of Florida, Florida
Devam is an multidisciplinary drug development scientist with expertise in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Pharmacokinetics (PK), Pharmacodynamics (PD) and Quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP). Currently a PhD student at the University of Florida’s Center for Pharmacometrics and Systems Pharmacology, Devam focuses on advancing novel therapeutic approaches through mechanistic PK-PD and systems modeling, under the mentorship of Dr. Rodrigo Cristofoletti and Dr. Stephan Schmidt. With a robust background in mechanistic and semi-mechanistic PK-PD, TMDD, PBPK, QSP, mPBPK, and Population PK-PD models, Devam is proficient in developing models across diverse therapeutic modalities. His expertise extends to cutting-edge modalities, including CRISPR, mRNA, ASO, siRNA, CAR-T, TCE, and ADC-based therapeutics. Devam also holds an MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he further honed his skills in advanced pharmacometrics and drug development.
