Manufacturing and Analytical Characterization

Process Development and Manufacturing face multiple challenges including high number of projects, cost reductions, data integrity & accelerated timelines. To fully leverage the data generated from development to manufacturing support, a strong Digital Transformation initiative tackling all dimensions of organizational and development complexity is critical. Building on a multi-year program, Sanofi is digitizing End-to-End workflows spanning CMC/MSAT and multiple sites in line with Sanofi's aspiration to be the first biopharma to do AI-at-scale

Learning Objectives:

  • Upon completion, participants will be able to learn the challenges associated with dealing with organizational complexity while enabling Digital Transformation
