Formulation screening can be a costly, tedious process that delays commercialization. By using a dual centrifuge for nanomilling suspensions, time and valuable drug product are saved. The presentation further explores thermal analysis and rheometry to evaluate the physical-chemical properties, stability, and compatibility of pharmaceutical substances, highlighting methods like Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and rotational rheometry for assessing phase transitions, thermal stability, and flow behavior.
