Description: The combination of an algorithm-based virtual pharma tool, an "all-in-one" co-processed excipient, and advanced facilities can simplify the process, reduce manufacturing time and costs, and accelerate time to market. In this study, researchers developed pellets and minitablets recommended by virtual pharma assistant tool, ZoomLabTM, using individual and co-processed excipients through direct compression and wet granulation methods. Additionally, omeprazole minitablets were coated with sub- and enteric-coats using enteric compositions both with and without talc.
