Description: Although small molecules have been the main modality in the pharmaceutical field, there remain challenges in controlling biodistribution especially for emerging applications like Targeted Protein Degrader (TPD). In this session, the presenter will introduce how liposomes improve the biodistribution of small molecule drugs and discuss the potential of liposomes to create new values in the growing field of molecular targeted therapy, immunotherapy and TPD by presenting in-house data.
