Description: Lack of standardized chromatographic methods and E/L databases makes comparing data between labs challenging. In this presentation, we will cover the case study by utilizing two newly developed standards kits and its impact on the overall chromatographic separation including LC columns, organic mobile phases. buffers, gradients and flow rates. The second case study will demonstrate the use of the Agilent ChemVista library/database management software to generate new E/L database, by leveraging the imported downloadable E/L information (structures, MS/MS spectra) to create new E/L database to help identify compounds specifically detected in extracts from catheter samples.
