Description: The in vivo disposition and pharmacokinetics of Antibodies and other large molecule therapeutics are driven by their molecular weight and other physical properties. This talk gives a brief overview of the drivers of nonlinear pharmacokinetics commonly observed in this class. The complex disposition of antibodies and proteins may be accurately captured using physiologically based pharmacokinetic models.
