Description: Scientists are tasked with analyzing data-intensive information obtained from high-resolution mass spectrometers as quickly as possible. During drug discovery, scientists commonly utilize high-throughput screening to elevate the speed of sample analysis. Here, high-throughput approaches for analyzing compound quality assessment and intact protein analysis were demonstrated using acoustic ejection high-resolution mass spectrometry. In addition to the speed of sample analysis, high-resolution LC-MS workflows can offer various quantitation modes that can be useful for different stages of drug discovery and development. Here, small molecule therapeutics were used to develop quantitative and metabolite identification workflows using high-resolution mass spectrometry.
