High concentration protein drug products are of high interest, as they enable more patient centric treatment. While it is desirable to reduce the treatment burden on patients, it is not trivial to transform the biologics of the past to drug products suitable for flexibility in the setting of treatment (e.g. hospital, pharmacy, home) and for non-HCP administration. This talk will explore the key considerations during the discovery and development of high concentration protein drug products.
