We present our organ-chip platform for the evaluation of peripheral neuropathy of chemotherapy and ADCs. In the scalable chip platform, iPSC neurons are grown in one compartment, and neurites extend into the second compartment. Chemotherapy with known neuropathy in the clinic was shown to induce dose dependent neurite damage. This scalable assay provides a method to identify peripheral neuropathy risk, which is notoriously hard to identify in animal models.
