Dorota Danielak is a Senior Scientist at Physiolution Polska, where she transitioned after completing her academic career as an associate professor at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences (Poland), where she also obtained a Master’s degree in pharmacy. Her Ph.D. thesis covered the topic of genetic-based resistance to antiplatelet drugs and the intersubject variability in pharmacokinetics. Besides having hands-on experience with analytical methods development and detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms, she is knowledgeable in the field of pharmacometrics. Currently, she uses her skills in pharmacokinetics and programming to build custom models and software that would enable reliable prediction of the in-vivo performance of oral dosage forms. Dr. Danielak completed two ORBIS project secondments: at Physiolution GmbH (Greifswald, Germany) in 2019 and at Zentiva (Prague, Czech Republic) in 2022. Guest lecturer at the University of Belgrade on behalf of the CEEPUS network. Privately, an avid long-distance runner.
