Mohammad Kashif Iqubal is currently working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy, Texas A&M University, College Station, US. Dr. Kashif has led many National and International research projects. He has published more than 50 research/review articles and book/book chapters with more than 1325 citations. He also served as a reviewer for multiple journals. Dr. Kashif has versatile industrial and academic research experience. He served as an Assistant Professor in various Institutes in India, including a Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutics, School of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (SPER), Jamia Hamdard, i.e., NIRF rank #1 Pharmacy School of India. He has been bestowed with several honors, a few of them worth mentioning: the Senior Research Fellowship awarded by the Indian Council of Medical Research, Government of India, the GPAT by the All India Council Technical Education, Government of India, and several best paper Presentation awards. He has also received a certificate of recognition for publication in high-impact factor journals from Jamia Hamdard.
Dr. Kashif's research interests include improving the oral bioavailability of BCS class II and Class IV drugs using approaches like lipid-based systems like microemulsions, nanoemulsions, solid lipid nanoparticles, and nanostructured lipid carriers. He has also worked on nanoparticulate systems for herbal drug moieties for the treatment of skin cancer and psoriasis. He is actively involved in formulating 3D-printed drug delivery systems for oral delivery. He also has experience in process analytical technologies with chemometrics. He is a Registered Pharmacist at the Delhi Pharmacy Council, India, and has a Lifetime membership in the Pharmacy Welfare Trust (Delhi Pharmacy Council and the Indian Pharmacy Graduates' Association (IPGA) in New Delhi, India. He is also a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS).
