PhD Student
Duquesne University
Pradeep Valekar is a Ph.D. student in the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Duquesne University. His dissertation project is focused on predicting the mechanical behavior of compacted multi-component mixtures based on pure component data. Before joining Duquesne, he spent time working in Biopharmaceutics department at BMS-Biocon Research Center, Bangalore. Pradeep holds a master’s degree in Pharmaceutics from National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER), Mohali, and a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Pune University. Currently, he is working under the advisement of Dr. Ira S. Buckner.
