Scott Krull is a Chemical Engineer in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Pharmaceutical Quality Research, and first joined the FDA as an ORISE Fellow in September 2017. Scott serves as principal investigator for various research projects aimed at enhancing regulatory quality assessment of drug applications utilizing emerging manufacturing technologies. Scott's research primarily involves emerging technologies for pharmaceutical products including continuous manufacturing, process monitoring and control strategies, and process analytical technologies. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from The Cooper Union in 2011 and his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2017.
