Heather Neu is a Principal Scientist in the Chemical Process Development department at Bristol Myers Squibb. In her role, Heather serves as the analytical lead for two oncology assets and is a subject matter expert (SME) on other projects. As an Analytical Lead, she oversees and manages method validation activities at multiple external vendors, develops fit-for-purpose analytical methods, and provides innovative analytical solutions to address challenging problems. Prior to joining BMS, Heather completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, where she developed a novel LC-ICP-MS method for the simultaneous quantification of all native iron species in blood plasma and the iron associated with intravenous nanoparticle drugs. Heather earned her PhD from The Johns Hopkins University.
