Zixuan is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Connecticut. She earned her bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Central South University in China in 2018. She subsequently completed her master's degree in Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Georgia in 2020. In August 2020, she joined Dr. Xiuling Lu's lab at the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy, where she focused on investigating critical formulation and process parameters for the product stability of mRNA-LNP lyophilization as part of her academic and research journey.
